Insersion : Galea aponeurotica 모상건막
Innervation : Posterior auricular branch of the facial nerve (VII) 안면신경
Action : Draws the scalp posteriorly 후방으로 두피 당김

Origin : Galea aponeurotica 모상건막
Insertion : Skin above eyebrows 눈썹 위 피부, 안륜근 일부, 코뿌리
Innervation : Temporal branches of the facial nerve (VII) 안면신경
Action : Draws the scalp anteriorly; raises the eyebrows and the skin over the nose and eyes 눈썹을 올리고 이마의 주름을 만듦,  두피를 후방으로 옮기고, 무서울 때 머리를 세움
